You Have To Provide For Your Own Basic (Health) Care

No amount of caring by others, is an adequate substitute for caring for oneself -- first and foremost.

Otherwise, the dysfunctional individual will think that the more caregivers they are provided, or lend themselves to such exploitation, is the success of their lives -- to control other people, and have them serve them -- in a one-sided permanent exploitative relationship -- which is the classic dependency and codependency -- that was all the rage in the early 1980s -- when it became obvious, that a few individuals learned to play the game and exploit all the goodwill, caring and compassion  of society -- before everyone else had a chance to grab it.

It was the logical extension of the 20th century's mentality of "having it all," -- and to lock up those resources personally for their own exclusive benefit, rather than allowing it to remain in the pool for those really in urgent need at that moment to have ready access to them.

Predictably and sadly, among the first to make that grab, were those who worked in government -- to serve themselves as their own primary beneficiaries (of the people).  So not surprisingly, a group photo of such workers, will invariably show people who are bloated and hopelessly out of shape -- while demanding more resources for their largely self-imposed increasing disabling conditions.

They think that somebody else should do something for them, to make them "whole" again -- even as they create the divide between the haves and the have-nots -- those who exist exclusively to serve themselves, while believing their own propaganda, that they are "sacrificing" themselves for everybody else's benefit.  That has become become the familiar literature, propagated by the mass media -- that this collective group are the underserved and underprivileged -- while self-designating themselves as the entitled elite -- as though nobody has ever thought of that before.

But then, they become victims of their own lies and propaganda -- because now they have the resources that greater predators desire -- all those people who convince them that they need to buy their services or insurance (immunity), in order to live a happy life.  These self-serving messages prey on the insecurities of those who cannot stand alone -- but always have to go along with the group-think that serves them ill.

They've been told all their lives that their prospects in life are dim unless they go along with the crowd -- and repeat whatever they've been told to teach to others as well -- the mantra of total dependence on the 'Other."  That's what the mainstream mass media and the schools and universities largely exist for -- to teach them the group-think, as though that made them independent thinkers themselves -- while they've never had an independent thought in their lives, and if they did, it was only to shout it down as the ridiculous and preposterous.  "How dare anybody believe any other than what we all think (were taught) to be true?"

In this, they are like every generation that has come before them -- told that their lives and well-being, come from the One who has all the power to decree it, and there is nothing they can do for themselves but petition the Great One, for these blessings that they have no right to otherwise, on their own.

That is the mentality at the base of individual powerlessness and self-destruction that will undermine all one's efforts to serve themselves -- in their own personal and individual health and well-being, which is largely self-determined and individuated.  That is to say, that the quality of one's life, is largely one's own individual actions, thoughts and efforts -- as radical (or not) as it may sound.  That is the heresy of these times -- liberal or otherwise.

Those who challenge these self-limiting concepts, are the rebels of these times -- who are always in the minority, as the self-chosen few who have always dared to think otherwise.  But they are the blessed, and theirs will be the Kingdom of God -- or secularly, the greater life dispensed by the high priests of every age and era -- as the only "enlightened" people of their time.

Those are the disempowering beliefs that underlie the conditions many of the self-designated chosen find themselves in -- only getting worse year after year, with no end in sight until their ultimate ends.  Humankind was not made for such a miserable and hopeless existence -- propagated by those who think they know better, that that is the only fate even the best cannot escape.

How did we come to this? Each has to provide for their own basic (primary) care that is their self-fulfillment of who they are, and the life they will live.  Nothing else is possible.
